Either a list of investment properties that a client may own; perhaps BTL or Commercial Properties. In Development Finance it is used to refer to the properties that will be built. Information to include would be; address, square footage or meterage, value, £PSF or £PSM, achieved or potential rental, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
